Refunds are allowed on all items returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns are processed in 3-5 business days and funds are transferred via PayPal™. 

Exchanged items are shipped promptly after receipt of item. 

Large packages sometimes may have one pony damaged out of eight. In this instance simply send the damaged pony back in the 30 days prescribed and we'll promptly ship out a replacement. 

Autographed ponies aren't eligible for exchange program. Shipping is non refundable with replacement or cash back.
